1. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND AN ITEM ON YOUR WEB SITE. HOW CAN I FIND IT?
We sometimes make changes in our product line, please call us at 800-486-7671 and we can locate the product, or give you an update on its availability.

2. DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS?
We require pre-payment on orders, but will put your purchase order number on the invoice so it can be processed through your system for payment. If you are a school please call us for other arrangements. 800-486-7671

3. WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Please call us at 800-486-7671 and let us know. Have the name the order was placed under, the date, and e-mail address handy so we can quickly locate it. We can also take you order over the phone.

4. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
Yes, orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t been shipped already. If you find for any reason you need to cancel, please call or email us at orders@recfx.com as soon as you can. We are pretty quick about shipping!

5. HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We pass along to our customers the exact charge that our carrier (UPS) charges us. The shipping charges are based on weight of your entire order and destination, not purchase price. There is an additional $4.00 handling charge required to ship your order.

6. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
Yes! No problem just let us know the address you want us to ship it to. This is a good idea if you are in a time crunch and have an event at another location. Sometimes it is more cost effective and faster to ship it directly to that location.

7. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Almost all our items are shipped from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. Depending on your location and what you ordered, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business (UPS Ground) days after the day of shipping. If anything is back-ordered we will contact you right away so you can tell you what you would like us to do. If you are running a tight schedule it is always a good idea to call us and make sure we can ship in time. Plan ahead!

We can’t guarantee shipping times. Once it is out of our hands we are no longer in control. We have found that most of our carriers are reliable in their delivery times. Delays, tracking, or address changes must be dealt with UPS directly.


We want you to be happy, but we cannot guarantee shipping time. If we are back-ordered on a product we are able to expedite that to you upon arrival at our cost. If in doubt, and in a hurry please talk to us personally.

8. HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We ship within 48 hours (business days) upon receipt of your order. Orders received by noon usually go out that same day.

9. DO SHIPPING PRICES INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Shipping prices on the web site are for US orders only, for international orders please contact our office. We will figure the best way to ship to you and arrange for other payment options.

10. WILL I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes, once you have completed your purchase, we’ll email an order confirmation to the email address you provided. You will have also received an email confirmation when your order is shipped by UPS. A copy of your invoice will be with your order, or mailed to you separately.

11. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please call us at 800-486-7671. Let us know what name the order is placed under and we’ll give you the update.

12. MY ADDRESS HAS CHANGED. HOW CAN I UPDATE IT WITH YOU?
Simply change you account information on the website. If you need an address change after order placement but prior to order shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send an email to us with your old address and new one. This helps us keep current and not send your current order to an old address.

13. HOW DO I REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST?
Please call or email your request to info@recfx.com. We do not sell or share our list with anyone. If you order again you will automatically be placed back on. Hey, just pass it on to someone else! We love to be passed around.

14. HOW DO I REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR EMAIL LIST?
Follow the instructions on the bottom of the email for unsubscribing. If you order again you will automatically be placed back on.

15. PRINTED MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE ON ALL PRODUCTS. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE INFORMATION IN YOUR ORDER PLEASE CALL (800-486-7671) OR EMAIL (INFO@RECFX.COM).

16. I SEE ALL KINDS OF FINGER BLASTERS® ON THE MARKET. WHAT MAKES YOURS DIFFERENT?
We are The Original Finger Blaster® people. We manufacture our Finger Blasters to the highest quality for optimal flight, power, and durability. A Finger Blasters® by any other name still is not a Finger Blasters®.


17. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
No returns accepted unless obvious product defect is found as determined by RecFX, Inc. Please call directly with any concerns (800-486-7671).


18. THE QUANTITY I WANT TO ORDER IS NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE, HOW DO I ORDER?
Please call the office for pricing on bulk order or other quantities that are not listed on the website.

19. REC FX INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO PRODUCT, PRINTED MATERIALS AND PRICING AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. ALL CHANGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REFLECTED ON THE WEB SITE AND ALL TANGIBLE PRINTED MATERIALS.

20. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDERS, PAY PAL (ORDERS@RECFX.COM) AND THE FOLLOWING CREDIT CARDS, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL!) ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT THE ORDER WILL THEN BE SHIPPED.

21. CAN I GET SATURDAY DELIVERY?
Yes, but only by calling us. Our regular shipper is UPS and they offer Saturday delivery with an added surcharge. Please call.
